 All Prices Listed or Quoted Are In Canadian Funds:

 All prices listed on the website unless noted are quoted in CANADIAN FUNDS plus

 applicable shipping charges and taxes. Canadian customers must pay 5% GST. Our  

 friends in the USA and International customers may pay in US funds at an exchange rate 

 of $1 USD = 1 CDN or in other words at par.

 Payment Methods Accepted:

 Hometown Hockey Heroes gladly accepts Paypal, Bank Drafts and Money Orders (no

 domestic US postal money orders, must be internationally cashable). Customers

 may also pay by credit card through their Paypal account at no extra cost as we will

 absorb the 3% Paypal service fee on all regular priced items.

 To Place an Order:

 To place an order on an item listed in our inventory customers are asked to either:

 Email their order request including a brief description of the item they wish to purchase

 and we will be in contact with you shortly to finalize the details of your purchase.

 Authenticity:

 Reputation is everything. And we stand behind what we sell. That being said, anyone can

 make a mistake.  All items we sell are, to the best of our knowledge, authentic and game

 worn as stated. All items carry a lifetime guarantee of authenticity. If you believe an item

 you have purchased from Hometown Hockey Heroes is not authentic, contact us right

 away with the details of your concerns. We do reserve the right to use a third-party

 authenticator in cases where we do not agree with your claim of non-authenticity. We

 will not accept returns from anyone other than the original purchaser. We encourage our

 buyers to do their own research to determine the authenticity of any item sold by us, as

 well as all items in their collections. We also respect the opinions of many of the hobby’s

 expert dealers and collectors and suggest you use their knowledge and/or authentication

 services as you build your collection.

 Letters of Authenticity
 All third party LOA’s, team LOA’s and additional documentation will be included with the

 item. If the item does not come with an LOA and you would like one from HHH, make a

 request and we would be happy to oblige.

 Shipping Policy:

 We ship to Canada and the United States by Canada Post and United Parcel Service.

 Jerseys will be sent by Canada Post Express Post or Expedited Parcel service with delivery

 confirmation. Shipping charges for one jersey is $20 uninsured and we will always combine

 shipping where possible on multiple items. Sticks unfortunately are getting more and more

 expensive to ship. Unfortunately we no longer can ship sticks via Canada Post due to size

 restrictions thus are limited to shipping them via UPS. Therefore sticks will cost $30 to

 Canada and $40 to the USA uninsured. Additional items will be cheaper if shipping can be

 combined. If you would like to add insurance, the cost will be $1.50 per every $100 of

 insurance value requested. Although losses are extremely rare, we are not responsible for

 uninsured items lost in transit. Shipping on items other than jerseys and sticks will be

 determined when you place your order. Ask for shipping rates to destinations other than

 Canada or the United States. All game worn items will be shipped as used sports

 equipment with the full value declared...sorry no exceptions. You are responsible for any

 duties, taxes or customs fees.

 Return Policy:

 Returns
 We want you to be happy with your purchase. All items sold at the full advertised price

 may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and insurance) as long you contact us

 within seven (7) days of receipt. All we ask is that you contact us right away so we can

 give you instructions on return shipping and insurance.
